Think about it, 71% pure Ecuadorian chocolate combined with crunchy cocoa nibs plus tender pieces of fresh, candied orange peel; quite a process but worth every second! We start with fresh organic oranges, triple boil and sugar coat the peels, lay them out on a drying rack for about three days until the moment of tender perfection, then add them into the whirring vat of cocoa and finally, shape it into this bar.
